Kitrin began by listening. After speaking with over 120 psychologists, we learned that billing and administration were taking time away from client care — and that existing systems weren’t built for real practice needs.
Expanded into managed services
It became clear that software alone wasn’t always enough. We introduced a managed service offering, allowing practitioners to move seamlessly between self-managed software and hands-on operational support as their needs changed.

As we grew internationally, we broadened our focus to include other service professionals such as financial advisors — while remaining deeply committed to our healthcare roots.
